Seed treatment agent adhesion tester

FZX-3 seed treatment dosage form adhesion tester is designed and manufactured according to CIPAC MT 194 "adhesion to treated seeds" standard and the draft standard of thiamethoxam seed treatment suspension concentrate. The product specifications and performance meet the specifications and performance requirements of CIPAC MT 194. The test transmission process of this instrument is controlled by touch screen PLC integrated machine, which is more convenient to operate and more stable to run, and ensures the reproducibility of test results. This design fills the patent gap of this inspection instrument in China.

METHOD SUMMARY:

The coated seeds fall down on the partition door of the guide groove through the glass funnel at the upper end of the instrument, and the sliding partition door is opened, so that the seeds fall freely on the sieve from a fixed height, and the medicament powder falling off the seeds is separated through the sieve. After repeating the above process for five times, the seed sample is used to determine the residual drug content on the seed.
