PRODUCT FUNCTION

Photometric measurement: The absorbance or transmittance of the sample can be determined by selecting the single-point test wavelength and test method you need within the range of 190-1100nm. You can also directly read the concentration of the sample by inputting the concentration or concentration factor of the standard sample. Quantitative measurement: measuring the sample solution with unknown concentration through the curve of known parameter factors or automatically establishing the standard solution curve; It has first-order, first-order zero-crossing and third-order curve fitting, and single-wavelength correction, double-wavelength equal absorption correction and three-point method are optional; The standard curve can be stored and called. Multi-wavelength measurement: Up to 30 wavelength points can be set to measure the absorbance or transmittance of the sample solution. Measurement of DNA/ protein: The absorbance is mainly measured at 260nm/280nm/230nm/320nm, and the concentration and ratio of DNA and protein are obtained according to the calculation formula.
