matters need attention

1. Recommended working volume: 3L shake flask is recommended to be 30% -40% of the rated volume; 5L shake flask is recommended to be 50% -60% of the rated volume.

 2, can be autoclaved at 121°C, 15 psi. Repeated autoclaving is not recommended. The filter cover shall not be autoclaved.
